Mental Wellness Learning Programs
We've been working with people across Germany since 2019, and one thing became clear early on — mental wellness isn't something you fix overnight. It's a practice. Our programs reflect that reality. They're designed to meet you where you are and help you build skills that actually stick.

What Actually Happens in Our Sessions
Look, we're not going to pretend that six weeks of classes will transform your entire life. But what we can tell you — from working with over 200 participants since 2021 — is that structured guidance makes a difference.
Our sessions combine practical exercises with real-world application. You'll learn techniques one week and discuss how they worked (or didn't) the next. Sometimes things click immediately. Other times it takes adjustment.
Who You'll Learn From
Our instructors bring different backgrounds and approaches to mental wellness. Each one has their own story about why this work matters to them.
Petr Vanberg
Mindfulness Foundations
Petr came to this work after burning out in corporate finance back in 2018. He's practical about what works and honest about what doesn't. His sessions focus on building sustainable habits rather than dramatic changes.
Solveig Mikkelsen
Stress Management
Solveig spent years working in emergency medicine before shifting to mental wellness education. She understands high-pressure situations and brings that perspective to stress management techniques that actually function under real conditions.
Tomás Aritza
Advanced Integration
Tomás has been practicing meditation for fifteen years and teaching for eight. He specializes in helping people move beyond basic techniques to develop personalized approaches that fit their specific needs and circumstances.
